Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had an overall decent stay at the hotel. The rooms were just average, and I didn't get the front-facing room I requested, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The staff was amazing and friendly, which made up for some of the room issues. Although the location was okay and had some drawbacks, it was convenient for accessing the casinos. The dining experience was less than mediocre, but the breakfast was acceptable. The facilities were adequate, but nothing stood out.
The hotel rooms were just average, with a request for a front-facing room ending up with a side room and no view. However, considering most time was spent in the casinos and the room was only used for sleeping, it wasn't a major issue. The service was really nice and courteous, from reception to bell boys and concierge. The location was not the best as many attractions were across the sea, but it was walking distance to historical sites. The dining was standard and fine, meeting expectations. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely lovely! The rooms were perfect, staff were friendly, and the marble dual-sink bathroom added a touch of luxury. The only downside was not being able to access the casino without membership. However, overall, it was a spacious and well-equipped room.
The hotel rooms were modern, spacious, and very comfortable with great bathroom amenities, but the darkness was slightly disappointing. The service was efficient, especially the front desk and concierge staff, making my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring Macau on foot, though a bit far from the main attractions. Dining was excellent with a good variety, and facilities were top-notch.
The hotel offers spacious and elegant rooms, with a luxurious marble dual-sink bathroom, providing a comfortable stay. The service is responsive, helpful, and efficient, ensuring a pleasant experience. The location is convenient for exploring the historical center of Macau but may be a bit far from main streets. The dining options are sumptuous, meeting expectations but could be more exceptional. Overall, the facilities are excellent and well-equipped.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The front-facing room I requested was extravagant and beautiful, the biggest and most grand room I have personally stayed in. The room was very spacious, but it had a slight damp smell. The service was top-notch, they hurried to get us into our room and even assisted me in planning a surprise for my girlfriend during our trip. The location was superb, within walking distance to local food spots, convenience stores, and near excellent historical sites. The dining experience was a mix of excellence and limited variety. The hotel's facilities were great overall.
The hotel was fantastic with massive rooms, complementary drinks in the bar fridge, and very helpful staff at every level. The queen-size bed was a great touch, making the stay really enjoyable. The location was very good, allowing easy access to all that Macao has to offer, although it may be a bit far for families with young children. The dining experience was pleasant but could have had more variety in the choices, however, the price was fair for the quality received.
The hotel had a strange smell upon arrival, but the room was spacious, clean, and offered a daily refill of free minibar items and bathroom amenities. The staff forgot to bring our amenities after our request but were welcoming and helpful. The location was big and good for a time out but a bit far from historical sites. The dining options were accommodating to everyone, but the breakfast was just the 'standard Macau big hotel breakfast. ' Overall, we found the facilities to be excellent with a wide range of options available.
The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to tourist attractions and casinos. The rooms are spacious and elegant, but there was a slight smoking smell. The staff are responsive and helpful, although they knocked on our door early in the morning. The dining experience is average, not matching the exceptional room quality. The facilities are well-equipped and satisfying overall.
My stay at the hotel was quite average. The room I had was not front-facing as requested, so the view was lacking, but since I was out most of the time, it didn't bother me much. The room was spacious, clean, and had quality toiletries. It was quiet and kept out the bright morning light when I wanted to sleep in.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a few complimentary drinks in the bar fridge and very helpful staff at every level of the building. However, the cleanliness could be improved, and the availability of tea and coffee in the rooms was lacking.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, feeling extravagant and beautiful - the grandest room I've personally stayed in. However, the hotel feels like it's from another decade, which may not be to everyone's taste. The service was responsive and helpful but struggled to get me a cab when needed. The location is convenient for exploring on foot but not ideal for families with young kids due to the distance from main streets. The dining experience was a mix of delicious meals, limited English with staff, and should match the exceptional room quality. Overall, a place with its ups and downs.
The hotel is located a bit far from all the main attractions by foot, but perfect for walking the streets of Macau and getting around generally. The rooms are massive, with a very comfortable bed and large bathroom, although not in the same wing of the hotel. The staff is very helpful on every level of the building. Dining should be proportional to the quality of the room. The hotel offers a few complementary drinks in the bar fridge, making it a nice touch, but dining is not included and has to be purchased separately.
The hotel is in a lovely setting and is great for exploring the historical center of Macau. The rooms are massive and on a non-smoking floor, with complimentary drinks in the bar fridge. The staff is exceptionally helpful at all levels of the building. However, the location could be better signposted for international travelers, and it feels a little unsafe to walk around at night in the area.
The hotel's rooms were not as spacious as expected and rather dark, but offered a window on each side to see the lit-up casino hotels at night. Service was a mix with some amateur and immature attitudes but enjoyable 24-hour food delivery. The location is great for exploring the historical center of Macau and convenient for accessing various attractions, though it could be better signposted for international travelers. The dining experience had a wide range but nothing exceptional. The hotel's facilities were decent with room for improvement.
